The following General Terms and Conditions apply for all the services which we will provide to your establishment with regarding Domestic and International Travel Organizations; Airlines Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Airport Transfers, Package Tours, Visa Applications and other supporting services.

 

1- At your request, and upon confirmation by e-mail, airlines ticket reservations will be made as soon as possible. Subsequently, you will be informed initially by phone and later confirmed by email.

 

2- Alternative routes and Airlines will be offered for reservations and comments, where appropriate, will be made verbally.

3- During your travel and meetings, both domestically and internationally, we will meticulously select any hotel arrangements that are required. Where appropriate, alternatives will be provided for your accommodation.

4- Once you have confirmed acceptance of the arrangements, the issuing of any tickets and vouchers will be bound by the terms and conditions defined by the respective airlines and hotels etc., and these will be apply to any changes in schedules etc.

5- Upon request of your travelers, an Airport Shuttle will be provided from home, office or hotel with our comfortable vehicle. This service will be free of charge for international flights.

6- Our agent will take special care to process the travel mileages of the passengers to their Frequent Flyer Card/Mileage Card accounts. Upon request, any available free tickets with travel miles will be obtained from the respective airlines or, alternatively, current travel arrangements will be upgraded to Business Class.

7- Maximum care will be taken to obtain special requirements (for example, dietary needs or preferred airlines or seating, etc) as requested by passengers.

8- 3 to 6 monthly installments will be applicable to Garanti Bank credit cards.
